Cyngor i rieni

Pedestrians

Mae ymddygiad plant ifanc ar y ffyrdd yn anodd ei ragweld, a golyga eu bod bob amser mewn perygl o gael eu niweidio mewn damwain.

Er bod hyfforddiant diogelwch ar y ffyrdd yn digwydd yn y mwyafrif o ysgolion yng Nghaerdydd ac yn y Ganolfan Diogelwch ar y Ffyrdd, mae rhieni yn chwarae rhan bwysig wrth ddiogelu eu plant, trwy ddysgu sgiliau sylfaenol ymarferol i’w defnyddio ar ein palmentydd. Dylai rhieni arwain trwy esiampl.

Mae gan yr Uned Diogelwch ar y Ffyrdd nifer o gyhoeddiadau lliwgar am ddim, sydd wedi’u creu’n benodol i gynorthwyo rhieni/gwarcheidwaid a gofalwyr i addysgu sgiliau diogelwch ar y ffyrdd i blant o bob oed.

  • Paratowch nhw ar gyfer y ffyrdd – canllaw i addysgu diogelwch ar y ffyrdd i’ch plentyn CHI.
  • Croesi ffyrdd yn ddiogel – dau arweinlyfr hanfodol i rieni â phlant hyd at 6 oed a 7-11 oed.
  • Addysgu diogelwch ar y ffyrdd i blant – canllaw i rieni â phlant hyd at 15 oed.
